in a hydro setup, grodans, flood and drain.

Briefly my setup (3x6 trays, 2 1k per tray, Proper air exchange with fresh air coming in constantly and hot air leaving, temp never gets over 80-82, GH nutes, etc etc)

I hear about this damn holy grain every other week here in norcal and Ive never had the chance to see it personally, and its not like I dont know any growers. And im not talking about I have 1 1000 in my closet and i got 2 pounds cause i make sweet, sweet love to it every night. Im talking about a 6-8+ light grow.

Ive seen friends of mine pull 1.5-1.75 per light on the regular, Im usually somewhere toward the 1.25 give or take .25 depending on the strain. But I recently heard of someone getting 2.9 per light running C02 in 7 gallon polys running coco. 4 plants per 1000. Really just blew my mind if it were true, but i dont see how a monster like that can exist.

If they do, kudos to you sir, but I just havent seen it personally and im beginning to think people are full of it.

its possible man just look around the biggest i have seen in journal cuz, i was like you and didnt believe was 18 oz but it was vert grow

2 pounds a light is easy vertical, and just as easy for a indoor horizontal canopy style harvest, I can pull 3/4 g a watt easy with 2 gallon smart bags, its all about your skill in training your plant to grow to suite your grow setup

There were times where I was pulling 3/4 to 1 oz per plant on 2 1k HPS lights over a 4x8 table with 72 "lolli-popped" girls on it, also in 2 gal grow bags (love those bags!!) so yeah, 3/4 gram per watt is most definately doable..
I vegged the clones for 60 days, and flowered them for about that. They got just shy of 4' maybe a bit taller (5') at the end, but they each produced one HELL of a main without all that side growth.

Yeah, 1.5 to 2 lb per light is doable with the right grower and the right growing technique. I never tried SOG or SCROG, but I'd assume one could pull similar results.

SOG is even easier its just plant limits and all, but think about it single colla plants large enough to grow an Oz or more and then get 50 of em in a small space and bam, you also need very good even coverage from hoods over whole room, 6 400's in a 6x6 was how i did it

I found no thread from hobbes where he was pulling 6.5lbs (5g per watt) out of a 600w. He does have 5 pages of threads so its possible i may have missed it but i looked pretty good. And riddleme did do very well with his 400 but even still he only pulled at most 1.5g per watt.

As for the other two you said i was not talking anything about outdoor growing so those dont really apply.
