i curently have my setup in the garage and im scared my setup is gonna rust or somthing its been around 37-40degrees night temp. can someone tell me if any thing is gonna get messed up like rust or anything? will it do damege to my carbon filter?

Temperature doesn't rust. Humidity does. How humid is the garage? Normally things in a garage will rust at such a slow rate it shouldn't concern you, but if you've got water leaking in there it'll incite rust pretty quick.

What materials are you working with here? Aluminum won't rust. Plastic won't rust. Stainless steel won't rust easilt under normal conditions. Painted and sealed materials won't rust.

Temps that low will slow down or stop your plants growth. It should not get below 60 during an overnight cool down.
