im not very electric savvy, ive been reading more about it and i think i just want to either find a power supply with 4 molex fan connectors (if they make those), or buy one. that seems pretty safe since its built to be in a computer..You have to make sure that you arent overloading the amps on it either.
Every pc fan has an amps used on it somewhere.
If your 12v Charger is rated at 1amp for example and your pc fans are rated at 0.25amps then you could run 4 on the 12v charger.
I generally when using PC fans use a single 12v transformer to power each fan just to be on the safe side.

yes it will then after some time it will fry the charger.if u hook up to a cell charger it is only 5 volt so fan will turn at a reduced speed

What you're looking for is the thing in the 2nd pic i posted, if you buy computer fans in the store they come with them nowadays, but if you're using spare ones try a computer electronics store or something, we have Frys where I'm from originally.
