Who has the best complete grow tent kits and who has the best feminized seeds?????

after researching since jan I think i'm ready to finally start growing my own meds i would like to know who has the best grow tent kits as far as value as far as whats worth the money as far ones that work my main concern is smell control and one that is worth the price any advice would be greatly appreciated

Htg has a good grow tent kit. As far as seeds herbies has done me right.
I am new to growing as well so maybe other people have better suggestions.
