who foliar feeds? tips?

Anybody have any tips or secrets for foliar feeding? i havent found many posts re: but i just recently started foliar feeding usually once everyother day, and lightly misting usually once a day before or after my lights come on.

right now my plants are transitioning to 12/12 and i have been just feeding with ph'd water and some magnesium, and maybe a small dose of bloom nutes to help them transition. any help is appreciated

what do you mean with some magnesium? cal-mag?

i use a few foliar products. i recomend a wetting agent like Dutch Masters Penetrator. it helps the plant absorb the solution faster so your lights dont burn the leaves.

alot of people wont spray during flowering for humidity reasons. i do, but i also dont have any humidity issues.

getting Mg with epsom salts? How much are you using? I read to use about half tsp/quart. If using for soil application then use 1 tablespoon per gallon

tap water usually has enough of both even bottled water has some added for flavor if your plants aren't def in any way I'd hit with mild balanced fert 5-1-1 you'll need some nitrogen when they transition but not to much...bloom nutes are ment for the last month of flowering IMO and don't contain enough nitrogen to get ya all the way through flowering they'll probably start yellowing early and decrease yeild plants use nitrogen in flowering just not as much as in veg...for foliar mix 1/4 strength nutes and spray in the morning go easy when their budding as you can cause bud rot

right now i am using about 1 tsp of epson salts per gallon. i am using RO water so my plants tend to need a good bit of MG. i am using pro blend bloom throughout flower.

i was thinking about penetrator but its expensive

i think a liter costs $25 and a liter has lasted me quite some time.

hmm thought it was more than that, how much do you typically use in a feeding?

i believe the mix is 60ml per litre. i mix it a lil weak and mix half litre at a time and a bottle lasts me about 2 wks and i spray ALOT!

i use it with Dutch Masters Max-FX flower in my flower room and i use it with a weak mix of veg nutes and silica in my veg room.
