who else has tried this?

i took a cardboard tube from a giant roll of foil and punched a hole for my chillum and it turned out to be a pretty bad ass steamroller lol. its inspired me to be more homemade with my pieces for the next few days lol. who else has some homemade they pieces they use regularly?

Well whenever I break one of my glass pipes I bust out my homemade bong.
And yeah I have done the steam roller thing before.

I stick a spliff in those tubes not a chillum

Yeah I have done that too, it's more of a collection thing than a actual piece because it's too awkward to clear it.

lol...we were doing that 30 years ago at the bus stop before school...it does make a nice 'throw away' steam roller...LMAO, haven't heard someone mention one of those in a while!...thanks for that!

not sure what a chillum is, we put a hole in it and used tin foil for the bowl...

a chillum is a little glass one hitter, and i usually stick a blunt in the hole and it works so great lol. me and my brother are on a mission today to make atleast 5 or 6 great homemade pieces today lol

I've made all kinds of homemade pieces...bongs, steam rollers,...even a good 'ol beer can will work...have fun!

try using one of those long cardboard tubes, like from gift wrapping paper, and make a nice 3' steam roller...you can add extra holes and smoke 2 things at one time

Also the first ghetto piece I made when I was like 12. But it was paper towel roll and foil with sum tape.

well i just bought 3 rellos and were gonna just hit blunts through each of our new pieces lol, we made a pretty nice ass working bong from a pepsi 2 liter with a glass downstem and rubber fitting, and 2 steamrollers, one is about a foot long and round the other is about 2ft and some change and skinny, all 3 work great to lol, but the bong has the most insane stacking haha, might be able to get some milk vids up or something

I have a homemade gravity bong that I occasionally use. It's made with two 2 liters. One bottle is vertical the other horizontal. The bowl goes in the horizontal 2 liter (you need a good sized shotgun hole if you don't have the materials to make a slide bowl. Other wise you will rocket the contents of your bowl into the sky when you re-set the pipe.). You hit the bowl from the vertical 2 liter. To hit it you tilt the bowl so the horizontal two liter is full of water. As you inhale the vertical 2 liter will fill with smoke. When full, tilt the bowl up, the water rushes into the vertical bottle and pushes the smoke into to your lungs. It works as good as the bucket method but you don't all have to huddle around a 5-gal bucket of water like idiots.
