Do I even need to list the occasions this president and administration have embarrassed themselves and this country in just 100+ days. I think both sides have seen how clumsy they have been, even if one side can't bring themselves to face it, let alone address it.

Inexperienced?? I assume you agree on this point, unless you have absolutely no grasp on reality. It was never really denied, just explained away as not being important since Obama had more experience than the Republican VP nominee.

I'll give you credit for being able to understand dangerous...uh...well in light of the liberal agenda and foreign policy...maybe I shouldn't.

Progressive. This is what you embrace and it is what I revile. Both parties have been swimming at this end of the pool and as a consequence we have only two choices. On one hand we can pick "Progressive Just Plain Fukn Nuts" or we can choose "Progressive Lite". No thanks to either for me. Facing that reality I need good old Jack Nicholson, "Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here".

Surely, even the slobbering stooges on the news shows you watch must have let you see something about the threats and coercion this administration is using to force people into giving up their legally protected rights and contracts. Ugh, this is pointless...I see everything you see on the news...Heck you can't get away from it. However, that's ALL you let yourself see. Go ahead, admit it... how many hours have you spent watching or listening to shows that might offer a different view than the New York Times or even worse MSNBC...LOL. I'm guessing a big fat ZERO.

Did you see how I did that there, I made a backhanded accusation based on a guess and then chastised you for it. Now where did I get the idea for that?

I started an argument with you for the sake of arguing. I picked up the fodder for the argument from what was already in the thread, without ever intending to understand the issue. I insulted you, and that was unnecessary.
I do not watch the news at all. I find myself depressed by it, and never really learn anything. I only know that Obama has a fanatic following because I had Facebook, and college age friends, leading up to the election. To be honest, that is probably the single thing that I can say I know first hand about Obama.

I am young, and I am not interested in politics. I grew up in a large city on the other side of the world. I only say this so you understand I don't think I am what you would call a progressive, or a liberal. I have seen what a real "cog" society works like, socialist and other, complete with hives for their workers.
I value independence and autonomy on a family and small community level, but I also understand the danger of strict relativism.

I am ashamed. I am a sensitive person, and generally reasonable, but like so many folks on here I let myself become ignorant and aggressive, because it is so easy, and there are apparently no consequences; but it makes me feel like crap when I turn away from my computer with my heart racing, frustrated at something so meaningless.
I know I am not the only one.
