I used to have to hand trim everything and would do great the first five or so plants then I’d just get lazy and pissed and my work showed lol I do too much outside to be doing that anymore. I like the trim bags because if you keep them clean it’ll take the bud way down and then I usually just clean up a little of the bud or run it all through a three part strainer thing I made that sifts leaf big bud and small buds separately I got some lazies that say they grow it with me and all they do is show up to trim and collect

Lol that's my old lady. She helps trim most times, that's all she does, and the first thing I hear is "whoops," followed by my immediate "come on dude"... But she claims she's my equal

i got my lady she doesnt smoke but trims buds for a photoshession and loves doing it. while i feel i would rather peel 2 tones of potatos

So you trick her by saying your buds look so great after you trim, you gotta take pictures for me! Mine just helps cuz she wants me to get done and make new hash and smoke something different than what's been around. I'll be sealing the drying tent and she's behind me like so you gonna make hash today?

I miss "trim parties". I used to help a couple buddies trim their harvests, they'd invite "the crew" and we'd sit around a table, trimming, eating and drinking, smoking bowls every 12 minutes LOL. Good times.

Now that I just sit in a living rm by myself, trimming my own shit, it's kinda boring.

I've always loved trimming, I don't know what you guys are talking about. It's like knitting, some people enjoy keeping their hands busy, I get some of my best thinking done when I'm trimming and listening to tunes.

All of you that love trimming you're welcome to trim my weed anytime. I don't sell it so it doesn't have to look real nice it just needs to get done. I have some plants coming down soon that need to be trimmed. I won't pay anything but the pleasure you get from trimming should be enough reward. Thanks in advance.

I really like what @Rurumo said, kinda makes me like the trimming even more.

Sometimes I don't trim until right before I'm going to roll a joint. It requires more storage space to keep the nugs curing on the stock, but trimming a gram at a time to roll a joint is zero chore.

Best part of trimming is the scissor hash

A couple years ago I wondered why it was called trim prison lol.
I learned real quick like. I don't enjoy it at all but, the first top of that run is always exciting. Granted the excitement wears off as quick as the scissors get stuck closed so yeah I'm over it in 5 min max lol

It sucks and always takes longer than you think but there are some upsides. I consider all the trics on the plate and hash on the scissors and fingers at the end like the butchers cuts. Special stuff the grower/trimmer keeps to themselves. That said I am already dreading trimming my outdoor this fall.

When I first started working as a while-u-wait repair jeweler, my boss would come up behind me while I was working away and say "don't fall in love with that job..."

Trimming is a little like that

Only tackle what I want to.
It’s easier to trim and easier to dry if you harvest the tops first. A few or a dozen at a time.
Then I get the next level in a week or two.
No rush.

Honestly but was rough lol back was killing me took about 4-5 days I think and I Kno I pulled a all nighter one night like sheesh
