Whiteflies just starting vedge!

So my girls are about 2 weeks into vedge and pretty tiny (about 2-3 inches, more on that later).

I have mighty wash and neem lying around but read about using either vegetable oil/water mixture or garlic/water. Which would you go with? And when should I apply: lights off or on? And should I do a follow up with a water spray to get whatever substance I spray off?

And if I go the vegetable oil route I only have olive oil sitting around, will that suffice?

I've only used neem so that is what I'd use..be sure to spray the under side of the leaves.. then repeat in four days..
