Hey Is White Widow The Best Way To Go For A First Grower. Is It Hard To Grow, Or Just As Easy As Somthing Like Big Bud. Would Big Bud Be Better To Grow As A Beginner Or Would It Matter That Much. How Much Better Is White Widow, Or Is It Better At All?thanks

First off lay off the speed lol, just joking, take a breath between words though. I dont think that it really matters what you grow first as long as you are in the know, a strain is as difficult as the next if you know what your doing, my advice though is to get some cheap seeds, that way you dont lose much if you do kill em, .

If you do kill em it wouldnt have matter what seeds you got as they would be dead anyway, so get some cheap ones, and some more expensive ones, then use the cheap ones as a buffer, start them 4 weeks before the good ones, that way you will see any potential problems in the cheap seeds so you can avoid it with the good ones.

White Widow is a good smoke though. I'm growing a little of that myself

im going into my 3rd week of my first white widow grow. First time growing, and have not added nutrients to the soil just fluorescent light soil and water. Is it completely necessary to add nutrients and other solution besides the necessties for a haelthy white widow plant?

I'm also growing the widow on my first grow (now at 6.5 weeks). Although you can get away without using any nutrients in the first few weeks it will become rapidly apparent that you plants need something to survive (I didn't notice until after I put mine under a HPS).

I would also strongly recommend testing and adjusting your PH, which can effect how plants absorb nutrients among other things - I didn't do that for a while as well, and then found that the PH of my water was over 8! Yikes!

Thanks buddy, But what is an practical inexpensive way of checking the Ph? i was also thinking of adding urine to my watering cycle. but only on every 2rd watering with a ratio of about 1:20 urine to water. I have read this is a effiecnet source of giving your plants nitrogen. any suggestions?

remind me not to smoke any of this guyz piss weed.

I accually had to use piss to give my girls some nitrogen once, i did end up getting some nice nutes tho. btw the piss worked great
