all great advice. As far as light cycle man that can get very controversial, but for just getting started I would suggest going with a fairly standard light cycle. Usually people will veg under 18/6, however there are others being 20/4 and 24/0. I personally usually run 18/6 but I have toyed with the others and not noticed much differance. Then 12/12 is just the common flower cycle, some people will incrementally lower there timers, some will use a 11/13, or even 10/14. I've seen a quote from DJ Short where he suggests experimenting with other light cycles because 12/12 is not optimal, and recommends going in half hour increments and paying attention to the plants. I have not done this, I have always just ran 12/12. Ya domes off and get the light close don't water till the soil is actually drying out a bit. Its very easy to over water when they are real little.
Yeah Top it up with soil as soon as you can. Only water with say around 250ml every other day, since the cfl's arnt that hot like HID the moisture wont dry up as fast, Don't soak the little ones just pour the water at the bottom of the stem where it goes into the soil, no need to soak the whole pot, try filling up another pot with soil let it dry out and feel the weight of it, and just compare the weight of this pot to all others when they are dry, thats when you know they need some water.iiKode haha i ya it just had to be shown lol naa just not used to how blogging/journal stuff works yet still learning so a newb in more ways than 1 so how often do you think i should mist them thats all iv been doin bout 2-3 times a dat didnt want them to dry out do you think i should put more sol in now or leave it a while ?
Sounds good man, you are right on track. Now comes the hard part of leaving them alone and letting them do their thing. Its my experience with growing that often times less is more, and that the waiting for them to do stuff sometimes is the hardest part.just tooped up the soil left the top leaves just under an inch above soil also removed domes and turned on fan
