white trichs and amber pistils; I think my lowryder is ready - PICS!

This was truly a budget grow (I only used two 60w cfl's) and I had no expectations so I'm quite happy to see a little bud and some white trich's. It is in week 8 now and most of the pistils have turned amber, would you say its ready to harvest?

yea dude, that thing looks stretched as hell! but for two cfls.... atleast you got a lil sumthin sumthin. congrats man.

i know this will sound bad, but why grow something that size.. for the risk you lived with for 3 months or so, you got maybe 1/8 there dried.. that is one of the smallest plants i have ever seen get harvested :(
on the bright side, it looks really nice and healthy :)

Common guys don't clown him. I give you props for sticking with it to the end. Most people would have just scraped it for a few bowls early. I'm sure you learned a lot during this grow which you can use towards you're next one. Good luck man!

respect on growing dat, never seen a plant with such stretch though.. (its amazing tbh) lol..

you should of had the cfl's lower to it when it was still a baby ^^

anyway +rep looks nice. hope the smoke is good..

Its all good man, id let em cook another week as well. FYI u can get quite a bit more bud then that even wit 2 cfls. Just keep them babies nice and CLOSE to ur plant. But hey, each grow is a learning process, even for the most experienced grower. At least u got smoke!

good start im sure you learned something for next grow if nothing else that you need more light

did you use any food for it

if i were you id hold off till i got a little stronger setup

save whatever hit your old lady for the cheese but get yourself a 250w hps and a 250w conversion mh then get yourself a ballast kit put it together

i have been running 2 like this in one grow tent right now one 250w hps one 250w mh one vertical flour grow tube at 20w one uvb 20 on one side plants get rotated 1/4 turn a day this is what i do

if i were you i would not waste anything else beans electricity anything else until i got my shit together you feel me
