White stuff on leaves, hard water issue?

Hey RUI

I started foliar feeding my plants and all was well until i noticed some, what i thought was, dried nutes on the leaves. Well ive been spraying them with plain water now but it wont come off it just kindve moves from leaf to leaf.

I know its not a fungus or anything like that but how do i get it off the damn leaves???? Could it be a hard water problem? I can take a picture if I HAVE to but i dont think its that strange of a problem...

Yeah thats what I think it is. Sorry not to familiar with weed shorthand lol whats RO stand for? Is it the same as distilled? I usually leave my water out and let it sit for a day or two before using it

It stands for Reverse Osmosis, and no its not the same as distilled. RO water makes distilled water look like dirty stagnant filth hehe. Granted this is of course an EXTREME observation but RO water is VERY clean (usually under 25ppm for dissolved solids) whereas your distilled water i'm assuming is tap water. Distilling is great for removing SOME impurities, of course anything that doesn't evaporate at room temperature (most impurities) would still be there. The only thing i know for sure that distilling removes is chlorine. Anyways if you're more interested in the numbers : i used to use charcoal filters and then let it distill, always came up between 200-300ppm (this was well water) before adding in nutrients. Then i switched to RO, and without distilling it would read 10-20ppm. Depending on whats actually in your tap water this isnt going to make a huge difference but it does make pH and nutrients easier to measure/balance. Hope that helps :)
