White stems on water leaves.... What is it, what does it mean, is it normal?

I have been taking pictures of my plant for the past week, a lot of them. On this picture, as well as others, i realized that some of the stems are white. I never seen this before on any plant. Any info on what this is would be helpful, thank you.

I don't see any white. I do see a pale green though. Different genetics means different stem color. I have had leaf stems range from dark to light green and dark to light red/purple without and deficiencies. Your plant from what I can see is healthy so I wouldn't worry about it. I do see some white hairs though ;)
