White spots on my auto, plus stunted growth

I'm pretty sure its mold, I just wanna be sure.
I already sprayed it water with olive oil been told it works like neem oil, this is my 1st time growing it I do have more knowledge that most beginners but I am not experienced,
It's in the seedling phase just a week old, I am growin in rockwool in a small container I have givin my seedlings nute cuz it was delayed nas and it seemed to be doin a lil better after I added 5 ml if cal mag and 5 ml of liquid seaweed both to a gallon I shook both times, and I have made a micro grow and bloom each all 5 ml its ph perfect technology by advanced nutrients, it had white spots b4 I added LQ and calmag, it got better but then I mixed the gallon of bloom with water i had in the spray bottle that was half the strength as the stuff in the 2 gals so I dont burn my plant, this is the only one I have I do have a cracked root, but the plant seems to still be alive I think it was when I pressed on the Rockwool to get sum of the water out, any help is appreciated

It doesnt have the white spots in regular light that's the only reason

I can't tell anything from the posted pictures.

You said you're growing in rockwool in a small container. What are you going to transplant into and when?

What's your feed/water schedule? What ppm/ec, pH are you feeding at?

What will be the grow media? What are the current temps and RH you are getting? Mold/mildew happens when humidity is too high and temps are too low.

What are you doing for light?

It's a blueberry auto, I'm usin 1000w hps on veg rn, nad I have it in a glass in a net cup with water at the bottom if grodan cube I thought I might have givin it nute burn cuz I gave it /16 of the reccomend notes liquid seaweed calmag, I didnt notice much of a difference till I added the advanced nutrients it should be 2 weeks tomorrow then I was gonna give it half the recommended notes, and I've been givin it 16 hours of light cuz I do sleep 6 hours and try to use the sun the moment I wake up for my plant and it only hits one side of the house for about 4 hours then the rest I use the hps, i think the 1000w might be too much but it was all i could get cuz the one i had before was just a plain white light 30w that I'm using to take the pictures rn
