White spots on leaves

Hi. I have two White Widow plants which have some white spots on the leaves. At first I thought it could be fertilizer, since I had been foliar feeding 6-18-12 to them the past few weeks and since it also seemed to dissolve and disappear when I tried washing the leaves with water. However, the spots came back right after the leaves dried. You can't rub it off either. They are under a 150W HPS light on 1 12/12 cycle, on the the 50th day of flowering and 2 weeks from harvest. I'm not really sure what kind of soil mine is, but it looks a lot like this: http://www.macombcountymi.gov/msuextension/images/DGST.jpg. Unfortunately I don't have a pH meter. This is all the info I can think of.

Thanks a lot
