White spots on leafs

I have been seeing white spots on leafs it's not tye powdered white stuff fungus but tye leafs are having patches, can anyone please help

Check underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass or loupe. Looks like bugs to me.

How can I eradicate spider mites ?

Citric acid will knock them back but hairs will burn. Will whiten up with new growth.

be careful to mix constantly and spray only with lights out! Cannula oil can work too. I add peppermint and lavender. Because l can! Neem oil right? Don't ever empty sprayer, throw away last 10% to 20% trust me on this. Burned a few this summer!

I have ordered 99% alcohol and water in the ratio 1:9 as last resort is this ok ?
