Mites? Now i try it with a loop now. I know Coco neets to be wet and not Dry that's why i am watering normally 2 x Day.
Two times a day? Ya thats over watering, coco or not. No plant needs water 2 times a day in media, and the slim chance it does you're in too small of a pot.

You can Water more than 1 x Day in Coco without problem I done this many times dude... The Drainage is important and the Airpots has enough of that.

All 3 Plants are Small To Medium Size i belive 6 l each with Coco are enough

Well that's good man hydrogen peroxide works really well but I probably wouldn't spray the plants with it though it might damage the leafs after a while and the adult fungus gnats don't do any damage to the plants only their larva the next thing to do I put about an inch layer of sand or like pebbles so the fungus gnats can't re produce then after like 2 watering with the peroxide you won't have anymore lava again you might see some adults around but they won't lay their eggs in the pots

Thats a rather blanketing statement aimed at a situation with many variables. I have plants in 10 gallon pots with coco and when they are at peak drink some strains needed 2.5 gallons every 4 hours regardless of lights on or off or they would wilt. Same plants when babies needed water every couple days and as they ripen they have slowed down to daily.

Over watering cant definetly creat issues, coco is very forgiving. And while its better to keep it saturated, the idea is more of a percentage...

Are you watering till run off?

Ok, so you have PM

If so, and even if not i reccomend feeding regalia once or twice a week. After a month or so as long as you are cleaning everything..surface's walls..etc.. you might not have to use it as often. Like once a month or 2 or 3 times in an entire plants life
