white slime in aerocloner. Vinegar the cause?

So i painted my aero cloner black thinking that would help. cleaned inside and out with hot bleach. It was good for the first ten days and now its like day 12 and no roots or root bumps showing. so pissed my grow slams to a halt. I use half and half ro/tap plus six drops of bleach per gallon and vinegar to ph it to 5.9 . the clones its starting on look like they are dead. so is it because the slime has something dead to feed on or is the vinegar starting it?

I just use tap water and 150 ml clonex in my cloner, no RO water or vinegar for me.

well shoot my tap is has a ph of 7.6!
