White russian clones, yellow/light green spots

I have 20 plants in this flood and drain system. Each plant is in a 4"x4" cube with clay pellets surrounding them. The system floods and drains 4 times a day. The room is at a constant 75 degrees with a humidity of about 30%.

These clones have been giving me some problems from day 1. First they went shocky after exposing them to a 1000w metal halide even though it was about 7 feet above them. Now they are starting to grow, pretty much each one has new growth but in a few of the plants the new growth is getting yellow patches. It looks like some mild nutrient burn to me. But my ppm is only at 260 ppm on a hanna meter. I've used gh 3 part with a 1/4 strength dose of voodoo juice and some moster grow(growtek) 1/2 strength . PH has been stable at 6.0. Not all plants are showing the yellow patches, about 5 of the smaller plants are the only ones showing.

Also i've been spraying every 5 days with neem oil cause i spotted a aphid under a leaf. After I crawled over every plant I only found a couple more aphids. So i don't think the yellowing is from my little infestation.

I've attached, 3 files, 2 are of some yellowing plants, the 3rd is a pic of a healthy plant in the very same system. You might see some residue on the the leaves from my last spraying with neem oil.

So larger plants are doing fine, to me it seems as though its mild nutrient burn so i've been lowering the ppm a bit to see if it calms down. Anyone else have an opinion on what this might be?
