White Rhino, Thai S-Skunk, bagseed closet grow (input appreciated)

high all and welcome to my first grow, all input is greatly appreciated so feel free to post

I started germinating a few bagseeds and got a little excited.
This is an organic personal grow, Im not trying to go crazy here

Strains

-Greenhouse Seed Co. White Rhino fem
-Thai S-Skunk
-bagseed (dangerous daisy)

Equipment
250W MH Floralux unit
3 48" T5's
going to get a 400W HPS for flowering and mount the T5's on the wall at that point
1 large fan that can point vertically/horizontally
1 oscillating fan
Happy Frog soil
Humboldt Nutrients Grow Natural
Humboldt Roots
Humbolt Nutrients Prozyme
getting some diff nutes for flower

first pic is setup with clones, sometimes I put daisy under the light, Thai is in the middle and two WR in the back with a seedling WR in their as well

WR and Thai are 3 1/2 weeks from seed
daisy is around 5 weeks from seed

second pic is White Rhino , unfortunatly some heat burn occured when I was gone this past weekend (I think thats what it is, only one very small dose of nutes has been given to this one so I doubt nute burn) I have since fixed the heat issue for the time being

third pic, WR #2 with a WR seedling, this one got some heat burn and reacted negatively to nutes, which is why the other WR has reaceived so little nutes. This one also couldnt get its seed off so I had to manually do it after a patient time waiting

4th pic is Daisy and a Thai seedling, the daisy in the far back I suspect to be a male for sure I am going to take it outta the light manually and flower it to check, if it is a female Ill clone it I guess.

I started the seedlings and a couple clones because its going to be 3-5 weeks until I can afford a new light

I have put the bagseed and one thai s-skunk into 12/12 and I ended up with 2 male bagseed 1 fem bagseed and the thai was fem also. two white rhino plants spent 2 weeks almost nute burned to hell but one has fully recovered and the babies are doing well. I will be adding a new light within a week or two (400 or 600 HPS). The small plants are 20 days from seed and Im not totally sure how old everything else is because I wasnt really thorough when I first began. I have not fed any nutes to the small plants and the large plants got their last veg feeding. Im getting some nutes for blooming in a week or two also. Im worried the bagseed may have hermied so I need to keep an eye on it. Im wondering if those plants are small for 20 days old?
