White pistils on 2nd plant growing slow?

Hey guys I have 2 plants that are 1
Week into flower (from time of pistils forming) strains are Girl Scout cookies and strawberry cough. The strawberry cough you will see in the pictures (flowers seem to be growing very slow compared to GSC) it had nutrient burn which I am fixing but could it be just the strain itself or something else? Please advise. Here is the following info

temps 73-77 degrees
RH 43-46%
Fox farm soil
Nutrients are emerald harvest

You will see the difference between both flowers . The GSC seem to be growing at a rapid rate and strawberry has short and small flowers

Just genetics. The first pic is a fasciated bud. If you look at the stem it should appear oval shaped, flattened. Like it should be two stems but didn’t make it. They are cool but the end result is woody low yield and doesn’t smoke well. Interesting to grow out as a one time thing.
