White lines on leaves? Please help!

Does anybody know what these white lines on my leaves are? I have no idea what it is, can't tell if it's a nutrient thing or a fungus! Doesn't look like the powdery mildew I've seen but I can't think of anything else it resembles. Doesn't wipe off if you try to clean the leaf. Any idea? Please help!

I’ve never seen that before. Are you doing a foliar spray or anything like that? Also commenting just to see what other experienced growers have to say.

I sprayed some neem oil a couple days ago in the evening because I have a minor thrip problem. I've never heard of neem spray doing this though, but I'm also newbie! Would love to hear if any experienced growers have come across anything like this.

Looks like water stains to me. I remember early in the season when there was a lot of pollen and it rained, it would pool and dry looking kinda like what you're seeing. So maybe thats whats going on, just instead of pollen its something else.
