white hairs but no bud

this is my second time growing but last time i didnt make it to harvest my plant is about 5.5 ft and has white hair s everywhere some are red now but i dont see ay budd at all not only that my plant has stoped smelling when it was younger it used to stink bad now nothing any ideas it growing outside i dont know what do do please help

has it been outside the whole time or did you put it outside after it started flower???

yes its been outside the hole time like the hairs some of them r 2-3 inchs long and when i say their everywhere i mean its covered but it doesnt smell good and i dont c any bud btw i did have 3 but 2 where males so i pulled em up

the white hairs are your buds in the beginning stage of growth
the calyks the hairs grow from will cluster and swell to form buds
