White Haired Male?

these pics are all of the same plant. I was thinking male but now the buds have sprouted white hairs. This is a new strain to me and I don't know what to make of it. Male, female or something else. It's a bit difficult to see the hairs in the bud shots but they are there and more all the time. Can anyone explain what this is?

It is a hermaphrodite, happens when the plant went under serious stress or from some feminized seeds. If you decided to keep it, you can just cut off its balls and keep an eye out for them, otherwise it will fertilize itself and other plants around it and they will produce seeds.
