white fuzzy stuff on my plants???????HELP PLEASE

hi there ive got a few questions ive got to plants that have just started flowering and they are starting to develop some white fuzzy stuff on there leaves close to the buds looks almost like spider webs that you roled together with your hands its makeing the leaves stick to the cola anybody know what it might be and how to fix it? and leaves are starting to yellow a little bit think it might need some nutes ive been told that tomato bloom boost and fish ferdlizer works well for flowering tips? they are also being grown outside

i tryed to post pictures but it wont let me idk why.....the leaves are sticking to each other and up on the top bud the colas not very big yet they just started flowering and i started them late they are only about a foot tall....ive looked at mold pictures and it doesn't really look like mold i found something simlar on this site but there was no answer to what it was

without pics who knows....but i would guess...its either trichs developing or its spiter mites....mist your plant with some fresh water...if its spider mites you will start seeing web like stuff all over the plant....check the bottom of your leaves...thats where they hang out...look for tiny bugs moving around

i have similar, not to sure if its the same, i also would post pics but got no way of getting them off my phone.
on my lower leaves there is like some light fuzzy white stuff on it, the leaves feel really soft and its on quite alot of the lower leaves on 1-2 of my plants.
