White Fuzz- Slteathhydro

Ok, with my sleathhydro setup white fuzz has started growing around the base of my plants where the rocks are...I think its mold and I know that can't be good. What will happen to my bud? And how do I get rid of the mold and how do I prevent it from occurring in the future?

If you are using that pointless dripper system get rid of it
Your medium is staying far too wet

I mean, my buds are nowhere near amber (they are all still white/clear) but I'm afraid the mold might ruin my harvest. What should I do to salvage what I can? I'm not going to use this system again.

Just disconnect the water pump man
You are using an air pump with air stone in the rez correct?

Any better ideas...since I'm currently using it to grow plants in?
Howdy, I'm using simple aero-ponics. All DIY and I'm having great results. You can check out my thread for pics. This is my first indoor grow using any type of hydro, and after researching ebb and flow, DWC, bubblers, and various other systems, I decided that the aero-ponics works easiest and has the fewest maintenance issues. My big girls are already 5 foot tall and bushy as hell, and they were tiny dirt grown Paralyser clones 6 weeks ago. Aero-ponics works easy!:eyesmoke:

Yes. So just disconnect the water pump? The black thing?

Lol the black thing?
Unplug the water pump, if you don't know what that is than you shouldn't be growing weed with it haha

Lol dude you should have two things plugged in for the kit
The water pump and the air pump
Unplug the water pump, it really shouldn't be this hard man
I am not going to walk you through how to unplug something from a socket

Tom, I was being sarcastic with my last response. LOL. Thanks for the advice. I didn't know how to save my plants. I think next time I am going to try the aquamist system. Heard of it? It looks very promising and I wont have to worry about mold or white fuzz.

I sure have seen that and it looks real good.
Check out these vids of the aquamist system:

Lol and sorry for coming off as an asshole but I have seen some ridiculous shit on here so I don't really find anything too far fetched
Also, it is kind of hard to pick up on sarcasm through text hah
