Can these be used ok to sound proof a room and the white is very reflective. Has anyone used them?

ive nevernused white foam titties but I don't see why not...

ooooohhh, tiles... i wouldn't. Those are for soundproofing. Might be a place for pests to hide.

Use whatever you want as long as it is organic, inert/nontoxic. I use hydroton to fill 3" netpots with GH Rapid Rooters as starter medium. I like to top it off with 1cm thick foam pad (like workstation mat) cut with a 3" holesaw to keep light out.
