Which will reflect more light? (pics)

i just use white sheets of paper when i need it but then again im growing in a comuter tower so the insides all metal

This thread is driving me nuts. I used foil once and almost killed all my plants, it geerated lots of heat no matter what I did, even with floros.I would use paint.
someone said somthing about paper, that is a almost a sure fire.

i dnt put the light next to the paper... its on the bottom n around the plant... the light is no where near it

the reflectix is the best choice. I have used white paint, mylar and that... and it makes all the difference. The pebbled surface disburses light preventing hot spots. Although it will reflect almost all the heat that comes at it. Great for stealth but only if you have the right ventilation.
