Which to use EC x500 or EC x 700 for Guardian By Blue Lab?

Hello all,

So I have a Guardian Monitor by blue lab.

I am new so bare with me here.

The EC readings there are 3 and are as follows;

EC
TDS (EC x 500)
ppm (EC x 700)

I am unsure if I should be using TDS or ppm for most accurate readings.

Please do let me know.

From what I have read EC x 500 is for US and x 700 is for EU correct?

what ever setting you have it on you can compare the reading with the EC number on the left of the chart and
then convert the EC number to a ppm reading...... I'll get a chart brb.

I have a guardian reader it converts it auto this helped me out. Ill use EC x 500 thanks.

I think im wrong actually sorry i miss read

the 700x = 1400ppm ec 2.0

that's too high

you right you need the 500x = 1000pm


its the same as Hanna pens

700x 2.0 @1400 ppm is to high
