Do not know weather to get 5 gallon, 7 gallon, or 10 gallon smart pots, Please help!! (room 2.5 by 8 ft) is fewer larger pots better than more smaller pots? would the yield of a 10 gallon be like or better than 2 - 5 gallon pots? Help!

ive ran 5 gal in the past, and was using 3 gal up until now. im going to try the 5 gal once again. smaller plant count in my room, means more light for the ones in there so hopefully bigger yields.

bigger pots longer veg time. but plants are huge and beautiful. I use only 5 gallons works fine. wish they were 10 or 15. larger root mass= more medicine. more medicine = happier patient. less plants = less work too. numbers are an issue here in socal.

Depends on the medium you are using, if soil then I do agree that bigger is better to a point... keeping in mind the expense of soil & additives... I grow coco in a 3.5 x 3 foot area and have one 20-25L pot and easily pull 14-16 a grow... in saying this, I need longer veg - so you need to decide how you want to grow before you chose pot size for your chosen method...
