I have seen a very similar thread on here explaining this but I cannot find it. I even tried searching it and googleing it. Is it better (more effective) to push air through a carbon filter or pull air through? When I googled it I found a lot of people saying to pull it, but from the thread I saw on here it explained why pushing is better. Which placement is better?

From my understanding, pushing air through will more evenly distribute the pressure in which it exits. That is why the arrows are evenly thick in the 2nd diagram. Thanks!
