Which Nutes would work well with my soil? Does it matter?

So Im Starting my first grow hopefully this weekend.
My grow-room is set up properly with correct ventalation and odor control ect.
I purchased and am going to use Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil hearing that it was a great soil and it was easy to get my hands on.
What nutes should i use with this soil? Im a New to this.
I was looking for an all in one deal.
The Big Tomato
Is local and i was planning on getting some from here.
Also
Do i need Ph Up and Ph Down solutions?

Well, as for the big tomato.....
I use super thrive and fox farm nutes (grow big, big bloom, tiger blom) And my tomatoes are really nice!
And yeah dude ph up and ph down are a MUST!!
