Which lighting should i choose

hey me my fiance my mother and my grandmother are all getting our cards this next month. now i will be probably growing in a 4x4x7 growtent. i was wondering if i should go with a budget 1000w system or a dual 600w cooltube setup puttin out 1200w. which set up would yield more/ could i keep the heat down? i know morem light is better but if i ran these setips which one would pump better results.

The 2 600s of course just as long as you cool them and have good air-circulation,and maybe some a/c you should be good.
