Which Lighting Brand should i buy??

Im buying a complete HPS light setup and there's soooo many brand to choose from! Lumz n Blooms, Sun system, Lumatek, Quantum, Hortilux, Philips, Sunmaster the list goes on.

Which brands are the best to buy and whats the different between electronic and magnetic ballast?

iv gotten ones off ebay, no names less money.

they have a warranty normally and are cheaper
