which light would be best for me?

Hey everyone. I am planning a small scrog grow. I have a tent that is 36x20x60. I was wanting your thoughts on what light would be best for the money and tent. I was thinking of a 2ft x 6bulb T5 light. I could really get it close to the plant. I was thinking of a 250 watt cool tube or a 250 watt air cooled hood. So what do you think would be best? Just for a 1 plant scrog...

I'd find a way to lst, scrog and ventilate my way to a 400w hps.
