which is better

an thats just starting out cost...not to mention soilless products you need to buy...also things to regulate water temps an organizms in the water....what about leaks or if some was to break...

it's simple man very very easy but soil is easier no doubt i use same chemicals eith way myself

That is the soiless products...foxfarm...check my journal out.....you can use them in either hydro or soil applications. No need to regulate water temps. It stays about 70 in my house at all times. I check the ph with my aquarium kit. If i needed to buy one it's about 5 bucks. I would prefer to invest in a digital ppm/ph meter, but so far it hasn't been a problem. Just change the solution every 2 weeks, check the ph and let them roll. I just start with low amounts and work my way up till the plant looks happy.

I don't know....transplanting is way easier and less messy in a hydro setup. Just pull and place.

hydro transplants scare me lol though i'm new to hydro
but ya if you start your nutes real low u can add till there happy it's easy to tell so i've noticed

When I first tried a DWC I started them in soil. They were about 2 weeks old. Then I broke apart the soil from the roots and placed them in. I didn't have any problems, but I can see how it can be perceived as scary.

i transferred my plants from table to table they took it fine but i was haveing a heart attack lol
