Hi I have a question about what cfl I should use for my veg. Keep in mind that I only want to get my plants big enough to transport outside so maybe they will only be under CFls for a few weeks.
I only seem to have 3 options at the moment since my local shops don't really supply much.
can any one tell me what my best option out of these 2 are?

i think the 1st one is the best "kind" but they only have it in 24 watt. I only want to use 2 globes in my closet so I'm tossing up weather to get the 48 watts too.
