Where would I find seeds in a state that's trying to ruin my life for having them?

Paranoid seeds dot kom , just kidding . Perhaps you should just play around with mail order and split the beans with someone who is willing to use there address but do not grow anything where the beans are sent .

they already know what your doing the government see's all even your post. lol, the fucked up thing is I bet they really are on this site just don't say your gonna grow over 300 plants that would be like putting a target on your back I myself have a closet cfl grow going on see now they think I'm a joke. lol,

really if your worried about the government just send cash or money orders I've sent cash like 5 times to the mns auction so you don't have to worry about them all the other seed banks I'd get a money order for myself as it seems like some of them have some thieving employees as there is a bit of people who lost there cash sending to seedboutique.com I'm sure it was only a small fraction but at least if a money order gets lost you could get your money back just takes time as long as you have the reciept. But really you have to go to their websites to get prices and order forms unless you order out of a hightimes ad which has shit selection imo. I'm sure the canadian seed banks are probably less suspicious for customs as well but they just don't have the selection and prices the UK ones got but there are definitely some decent breeders up in canada.

that's when you should be worried
if your state is that bad, relocation may be the best option before growing

on your seed boutique question, i have used them about 3 years ago
they came through for me, just 2 orders, sent cash, no more than $50 per order
they are legitimate, but it's not a perfect business, seeds/money can get lost
you don't need to spend all that much to get some good genetics, reading the smoke/grow reports will be your biggest helper
