Also, "vape" "pens" are mostly for concentrates. The AtmosRx and a few others claim you can use flower in them but doesn't work so great. If vaping concentrates or PG carts or w/e in public out of a pen will just look like hitting an e-cig and not smell much, vaping flowers will have an odor and more prominent smoke. There are many threads of vape pens and the like. I'd say for flower, or flower mixed with concentrates, you could hit a Pax just about anywhere and most people will have no clue. But not sure if you wanna drop $250 on one, hehe.

Haha edibles fuck veteran smokers up. I have a friend that will smoke every bowl you can load. Sometimes I keep loading them just to see if he'll keep smoking. I gave him and his pops a edible. They were both puking a couple hrs later. Now they won't touch my edis . I think being out in the sun helps edibles bake you. We were out on a sunny ass day in the summer fishing. My buddy doesn't eat while fishing so I'm sure that messed his head and stomach up more. It also doesn't help most edis are high in sugar and fat so not great on empty stomachs.

I'd have to agree, oral consumption does you in pretty good. My tolerance is stupid high but even a 200mg drink will mess me up pretty good for a few hours. It comes in more intense waves if made from solvent extracts I think, prob cuz its easier to decarb that way.

And dude, totaly, if I'm out and driving around doing shit, esp on edibles and joints. Man I feel so much better than sitting at home doing dabs.

If you've never tried it, try some chems and kushs and ogs. The only thing better than the high from SFV is the taste, I've actually got some Ghost right now that is making me wish it was the SFV, lol. (They are the same strain and flavor but the sfv pheno is sat dom and I LOVE IT). Same with Chem 4 man, fucking love thos phenos!!! lol.

I could rant for hours about strains but some other favs are anything star-wars related, lol. I know it sounds crazy but its always fire, lol. Deathstar, Jedi Kush, Ewok something just won in Seattle, lol.

Ummm headband is popular, and so is golden goat but I don't like either really.

Then there is the million different crosses you'll find, lol. infact some of the favs I listed all share the same genetics(Chemdawg I think? I dunno, it's hard to keep track), lol. I have some Ghost Train Haze right now, its like crosses of some legends, etc.

Also be weary of strains that don't really exist or damn sure aren't the real deal out here. I call bullshit on MTF, MasterKush, OG Kush, and others.

Flying or driving? Driving lets you adjust a bit more. When I flew here in the summer to look at rentals I felt slightly lethargic for like the 2nd and 3rd day.

It was mostly the dry air that was the big change for me, especially because I smoke cigarets, that week I was here I was smoking like a 1/4 cig at a time cuz it fucked my throat up so bad with the dry ass air. Went from 70-80% RH everyday to like 40% in the summer, it's been like 20-30% since winter came but I was adjusted by then.

My mother just came for the holidays and she has blood oxygen issues(from tobacco) so she got pills for atltidude sikness before she came, you take em for like a week starting a few days before you come. They are supposed to help you pull more oxygen out of the thin air. She seemed pretty good exept the pills gave her the shits, lol.

Also I think it's a bit more of a concern up the the mountains, we are under 5k feet where I live but that can quickly double with a 45 min drive west from here, hehe.

aww man. im a big guy. i dont have breathing issues but if i was to walk three or four flights of stairs id be winded. i can only hope for the best. ha ha. im staying in aurora. and we will head west to denver. wanted to check steamboat springs. anyone know if you can do that in the winter months? or is it smart to do? hell i dont even know if its in the mountains or what. ive never done any chems. i sure hope i can find some ghost train haze. that sounds right up my alley. i looked at rec stores on weed maps, didnt see any yet. what about durban poison? i heard thats a great sativa.

jreven, the durban poison is all right, dunno if its just me but i dont really prefer it. my favorite sativas to look for are blue dream and the hazes, mainly ssh. and definitely consider AlGores advice about the altitude change, especially if you are drinking alcohol. take his advice seriously if you are drinking, cant even tell you how many out of state guests ive had that i have warned and they end up "hungover" for a day or two. not a good way to spend a vacation. best wishes on your trip man. be safe.

Absolute fav on that list is the Ghost OG. The Black is really nice. Pre '98 Bubba is awesome and crazy high cbd. Shark Shock, Moby Dick, and Chem OG are from TGS so not all that great but the shark is high cbd. Tahoe must be good cuz only one nug of that left. Rest are all very good too. I'm all out of Chem 4 but that shit was awesome from The Clinic, however I returned the Chem 4 I got from TGS so that says something.
