How much will a cubic foot last me?

Depends on what, and how much you're mixing. I do 3 parts promix, 1 part castings, 1 part chunky perlite. Then dry ammendments
I think a cubic ft is about 3 gallons.

Coast of maine, black gold, uncle Jim's are the worm shit I have used. Never used build a soil because who wants to pay 15 bucks for shipping. Maybe start off with a bag then make your own or buy a worm bin. Then you will have all the worm shit you could ever want.

Build a soil has 2 gallon , 1/2 cubic ft and 1 cubic ft options. Might be closer to 8 gallons.

When I went to buy some stuff from them over a year ago it was 15 minimum for shipping. I never bothered again, they must have changed things since then. I'll have to give them a look see if their shipping is free now.

Have a worm bin about a month in, just not ready yet.
Did you build or buy? Either way send links, I want links lol. Pictures are cool too. I need to build or buy one, just have not had much time lately. Bags are pretty cheap but I would rather have my own in house worm shit. Plus after they mate a few times I have free fish bait.
