Heat sink USA has the .601 sinks I want but they want the same $$ for shipping As they do the for sinks themselves.

Is there any Canadian options you guys have used?

If it's for strip light I used the metal brackets used to hang drop ceiling with amazing results. They are the exact width ..and come in 1ft 2ft ..and 4ft sections.

Yes for strip build, using the Cutter Jseries strips.

Thanks for the idea. Im open to any and all suggestions.

They are the exact width of the eb gen 2 strips. Think they were just shy of 1" wide. I did the build over on the afn forum. Not sure if I can post a link to it here.

Ya the bxebs are a little wider at 24mm if im not mistaken, basically 1 "

The cutters are only 5/8" , the .601 from heatsinkusa fits perfectly according to @whytewidow , but as i said in my OP, they want $115 for the sinks and another $112 for shipping to Canada which to me seems absurd.

Im running the strips fairly hard and with a cheap walmart 6" fan blowing on the corner of the fixture everything including the driver stays cool to the touch. The temp readings I took were without a fan blowing on the light. Those brackets are amazing cheap heatsinks.

Yes the eb series are 24mm wide they wont fit on the .601 profile. The cutter j series are 15mm wide. .601 is like 15.5mm it fits absolutely perfect. Even shipped within the states heatsinkusa shipping is high. If I was you @diggs99 call heatsinkusa and talk to someone. They will give you a better deal on the sinks. On shipping or maybe even the price or both. Since you are ordering quite a few.

Edit: if all else fails and they wont give you a deal on the shipping. Just get some aluminum C channel or U channel to mount them on. Its cheaper than sinks. And only running them at your running them at. The aluminum will be enough for cooling.

Thanks and hopefully something there can help you out. A nice clean build would be ideal I'm just way too cheap, sometimes it bites me but it worked out this time.
