Rented House is safer because you will have fewer neighbors.
#1 do not tell anybody... you will regret if you do.
#2 control the smell... get a good carbon can filter...
#3 control the heat... police can see heat intensity escaping your house..
#4 minimize electricity usage jumps... be efficient... using more electricity puts you at risk... electric companies get paid to taddle.
#5 keep a clean environment... keeps the bugs and germs away from your plants.
