Where is it safe to get seeds? Should I have them sent to my house?

I am trying to get some info on how to safley order some seeds I know that this site reccomends nirvana shop. Is there anyone here that orders them on a regular basis and can help out?

I ordered seeds from Drchronic.com on Sunday night(7/20) of this week and received them today(7/25) in the mail. Talk about customer service......5 days and crossed the Atlantic to eastern USA. WOW!!

FYI: Some posters have said that their seeds have been confiscated by Homeland security and they ordered from Drchronic too. I believe they lived in midwest(Chicago area) USA.

yeah i read a thread on here about a guy from chicago who got a nice little letter from homeland security. riu's sponsor is nirvana-shop so they much be doing something right. i bought my seeds from them im waiting on them now. we'll see how it goes

don't have them sent to the place where you are growing, that's the only advice i can give you. good luck!

im in the midwest and i orderd my seeds and got them in 7 days from nirvana..seems good to me but some people dont like them?

Peoples seeds are getting nabbed left and right latley. Its a risk to order but if you do......first get a prepaid credit card from just about any store, order from a site with good rep like nirvana or dr chronic and dont have it sent to your own address. Send it to a neighbor nearby whos mailbox you can check before they do, even use their name, def dont give your own name.

Do not use Nirvana because there seeds are getting picked up on because they are from the Netherlands, Also people have been claiming to never get there seeds and some taking longer than 3 weeks. I use Dr.Chronic and I got it within 4 days and I am on the East Coast. If you are in the Mid-West I would not order from any seedbank because Chicago customs has been tight lately.

Also it is safe to send them to you're house, It is good to grow some fruits or vegetables in you're backyard so if the mailman asks you about the package say something like "I grow fruits and vegetables, Feel free to look at my Tomato garden in my backyard" And you can prove that you grow fruits and vegetables. But I get seeds sent to my house all the time and I have never had a problem, If you ever get questioned by the police to search the house never let them in without a search warrant and if they pull any bullshit like "Sir if you could cooperate please and let us in" Just say No you are not getting in without a signed search warrent, and say I am sorry but be very polite and low key.

I got my Nirvana order last month on the 24th, 10 days after ordering. My first order. Id like more seeds soon for my next grow but its just too risky right now, and prob will get worse before it gets better.
