where can i get an HPS light (how many minimum) (tell me the minimum watt i dont have that much money) and where can i get a lamp to fit it?

damn 15 dollar you can get off with some CFL's but enoung for one plant

only have 1 plant, almost 30 inches, but only 2 lights, im getting 1 more and im an excellant thief so ill steal the highest CFL watt walmart carries
