Any grocery store. Make sure it's unsulphered though. 1 tbsp per gallon of water in flowering.

And do I use it every watering?

Every other and it will increase bud production.

Ya...it's most important to load up on carbs at the beginning of the flowering cycle.

I use it every watering...even in veg stage...i just use less.

Cool my girls are two weeks in, so I should load up until maybe around the sixth week?

Use the molassas the entire grow...i use it right up to harvest.
