when will it start to show?

so i started flowering my two plants three days ago. i am using an arogarden. love the results. one is a unknown strain and the other i believe is a seed i found in some grand daddy purple. when will they start to show their hair or their sacks?

You should start to see something as soon as a few days or as late as a few weeks. Normally males show sex first.

it has almost been two weeks now and still no hairs or anything,,, wondering why?

Probably sativa. They take longer to do everything as a rule. You'll see the shoots start to turn a bright green right before they show. A a male is EASY to pick out and don't throw anything out till you're positive. Even when its an obvious male as long as you're careful when removing it won't release its pollen yet.
