When water with ph 6.5 excess water is 5.8 ?

When I water with ph 6.5 excess water is 5.8, sometimes even lower

does this mean my soil is really acidic? or it means the baking soda I used to bring the PH up stays in the soil and only the acidic nutes pass through the soil and the holes on the pots?

7.4 is what you should be watering with.

are you sure, cuz I don't think my plants will survive another nute lockup :/

7.4 is high i water will 6.8-7.0 cuz thats normal man and every grows knows 6.8-7.0 is a great watering p.h

Yeah, I guess 7 would be better. 7.4 would be for really acidic soil like Miracle Gro.

my tap water is 7.1, when I add nutes it goes down to 5.5, they I bring it up again to 6.5

will try watering with 7 next time and see how it goes
