When to transplant

Its having a lean to it should i support it, or trasfer it to final grow out its only a week old? First timer so i just wanna do right by it cause there ao pretty of a plant. Thanks

The lean looks more or less like "stretch" from having the light just a bit too far.

You could transplant now or give it a week max, if you decide to transplant now be careful as the roots likely arent going to hold the soil together upon transplant without extra care.
 
Oh great ill upgrade the light to 300watt its at 150watt ufo i had on my fish tank. Lol but ill get it fixed up thanksnill wait another week and move
 
Brace her up. I use wooden skewers and pipecleaners. You can also use the ties that come from opening a loaf of bread. In your case you can also add dirt to the cup to help support the sprout.

Add some soil to that cup man. You got it half full? Just leave it like an inch down.
 
This was a 100% better thanks for that ill do that to all them if more sprout got some taproots now in ther soil .

When I grew In soil I used to start with small pots and transplant to bigger ones every couple weeks and would have them ready to flower in 35lt pots.
 
Another tip on deciding when to transplant --

Look straight down on the pot and note where the widest leaves are in relation to the side of the pot. As long as the pot is wider than the leaf stretch your plant is using most of it's energy to grow roots to support the plant. Roots usually reach the inside wall of the pot when the leaves are as wide as the pot. So, once the leaves are wider the plant will re-direct it's energy into veg growth and the plant will start to fill out. In solo cups I usually wait until the leaves are 150% the pot width before transplanting. I go from the solo cup to a 1/2 gallon pot so the roots can quickly fill the new pot and start vegging again. I end up in 3-gallon pots as I grow quick, smaller indicas.
