When to transplant?

These girls are on day 9 in homemade 1L containers cut in half. When should I transplant them into 3 gal pots? How do I tell if there is a good root system formed? Any suggestions would be cool... :joint:

Once the bottle has a good root base and you can see the roots. A long time to go yet.

I prop talk shit but my mate "Dave" grew 6 foot monsters in 5l pots. Had to feed twice a day

I have seen the party cup challenge on here and you can grow monsters in a party cup.

i left my babies in 1gal for like a month lol didnt hurt em and the bushed the hell out after a week. transplant when u have to water way more than u did when u started out..
